New Year, new goals!
We can all think about big changes we could make for this new year. Practically speaking, it’s much easier to make a few small changes at a time instead of one or two huge changes. Instead of revamping your entire diet, try cutting out just one thing at a time that you feel isn’t healthy. Stop drinking soda. Eat two green veggies every day. Add ten minutes onto your cardio routine. Add an extra set to your weight lifting routine. Small changes add up to big gains!!!
