This has been a long and snowy winter. Our bodies adjust but it can be stressful for them. There are many things you can do to help. We all love our salads, but cooked vegetables nourish us better during the cold months. Exercise indoors or outdoors. Just exercise! Go for brisk walks. Lift weights. Ride a bike, indoors or outside. Swim! Get your blood moving and your lymphatic system cleaned by being active. Make sure you take the right supplements for you.
